Obituary of Jeffrey P. Cremins

Jeffrey "Jeff" Cremins died at home on October 27, 2021 in Peekskill, NY. He was born July 10, 1951 to Georgette (Shevlin) and Anthony Cremins.

Jeff was raised in Yonkers and attended Mount St. Michael's in the Bronx. Jeff was attending Westchester Community College when he left to join the Marine Corps, graduating Parris Island in 1971.

He went on to become a plumber and worked through Plumber's Local No. 2, now Local No. 1, for nearly 30 years before retiring in 2018.

He was very proud to be a Marine as well as being a union plumber.

Jeff is survived by his wife Katherine (Klein) Cremins of Peekskill, NY; a daughter Jill Cremins Lane (Dalton Lane); two grandsons, Quentin and
Connor Basham all of Kingsport, TN; two brothers, Stephen Cremins (Mary Cremins) of Latham, NY and Kerry Cremins (Jill Cremins) of Columbia, SC; six brothers-in-law; many nieces and nephews; grand-nieces, grand-nephews, many cousins throughout the country, as well as many friends who will miss him.

The family will be receiving visitors at a memorial service to be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in Jeff's memory to a charity of your choice or to 

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
