It is with great sadness that the family of Doris M. Conklin of Peekskill, New York, announces her peaceful passing on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at the age of 71.

Doris was born in Peekskill on February 17, 1954, to her loving parents Joseph and Mildred McKeon.

Doris was an amazing mother, nana, and outstanding friend to all the souls that she touched with her contagious laugh and loving heart. Her generosity and loving spirit touched the lives of everyone she met. She worked in many local delis, then continued to open her own cleaning service. She enjoyed being around family and friends, the bright sunlight, watching birds, and planting flowers around her home.

She is survived by her beloved children, Chuck (Melissa), Mark, and Cheryl Picariello, as well as her loving grandchildren, Anthony, Dani, Cole, and Brian Picariello. Doris was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Mildred.

Visitation will be held at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY, on Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 2:00 pm ~ 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm ~ 9:00 pm.

Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 1055 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567, at 10:30 am.
