Judith (Judy) Correa of New York City passed away on March 21, 2026.  She was 72 years old. 

Judith, affectionately known as “Titi” to her 12 nephews, nieces, grand nephews, and grand nieces, was born on January 10, 1954, in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. She was one of four siblings raised in New York City.

Judy will be remembered for her beautiful and artistic clothing designs for toddlers and young children, especially those for special occasions such as communions and baptisms.  She was an expert craftsperson in designing and sewing handmade clothing made from some of the best fabrics.  Judy had her own small shop in mid-town Manhattan called appropriately “Judy’s Fancies.”

Judy will always be known for being a loving sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and great aunt.  She is survived by her sister Lourdes Conlin and husband Charles Conlin; her brother Andre Correa, Jr. and wife Angela Correa; and her sister Jennifer Abreu-Vargas.  She was Godmother to Marisa Brunner, daughter of Lourdes and Charles Conlin; aunt to Eva Acevedo, Lourdes Arocho, and Andre Correa, 3rd, daughters and son of Andre Correa; aunt to Daniel and Jake Vargas, sons of Jennifer Abreu-Vargas; and great aunt to Lucas and Emery Brunner, Christopher and Gabriel Arrocho, and Alexia and Devin Correa.

Visitation will be held at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Chapel Service will be held at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 4:00 pm.

Private Cremation ceremony to follow.
