Daniel J. Crowley, 88, of Cortlandt Manor, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026.

Daniel was born in the Bronx, New York, to Bartholomew and Dorothy Becker Crowley.

He lived a life centered on family, friendship, music, and laughter. He was an avid gardener who found great joy and peace in caring for his gardens and sharing their beauty with others. He was also known for his wonderful singing voice, his contagious laughter, and the happiness he brought to everyone around him. Whether sharing a song, tending to his garden, telling a story, or simply offering a smile, Daniel had a special way of making people feel welcome and loved. He will be remembered for his kindness, warmth, humor, and the many lives he touched throughout his years.

He was married to his beloved wife, Rosalie Caliendo Crowley, for over 60 years, and later married his wife, Kathleen Crowley.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Crowley; his loving children, Regina Ross (Gus) and Thomas A. Crowley (Andrea), and his stepson, Kyle A. Brown. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought him tremendous pride and joy throughout his life. In addition, he is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his son, Daniel Crowley, his first wife, Rosalie Caliendo Crowley, and his eight siblings.

Daniel leaves behind many loving family members, dear friends, and neighbors who will miss him deeply and remember him always. His voice, laughter, gentle spirit, and love of nature will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

Visitation will be held at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY 10566, on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm 

Funeral Mass will be held at the Church of the Assumption, 920 1st Street, Peekskill, NY, on Friday, May 22, 2026, at 10:00 am

Interment to Follow at Assumption Cemetery, 1055 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
