My condolences for the passing of Sid. I was one of his past tenants on Germaine Lane. I have been thinking of him often and tried to make contact in the past several weeks. He was very good to me - as a landlord and a friend - and is greatly missed.

He spoke of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very fondly.

As a member of "Curves" for many years it had been my privilege to get to know Sid really well. He was a caring and compassionate individual, a true gentleman and a wonderful friend. I was saddened by his leaving Curves and deeply saddened by the news of his passing.
