Pauline Pullano of Peekskill, NY passed away on November 18, 2016. She was 81 years old. A talented seamstress, Pauline had worked for Nan Flower in Peekskill, several local area dress shops and provided alterations to private clients. Later she worked providing child care and as an aide in a nursing home. She was born on February 16, 1935 in Italy to Vincent and Fiorina Marino Capicotto. On June 16, 1957 she married Anthony N. Pullano at St. John’s Church in White Plains, NY. She is survived by three children; Gina Pullano of Peekskill, Anthony (Gina) Pullano of Eastchester and Paul Pullano of Athens, GA and three grandchildren; Anthony, Alyssa and Nicholas Pullano. Also surviving is a sister, Erminia Gagliardi of Bedford Corners, two brothers; Giuseppe Capicotto of Italy, Antonio (Franca) Capicotto of White Plains and a brother-in-law Alberto Verde of White Plains. Predeceased by her husband Anthony N. Pullano, a sister, Lallina Verde and a brother, Beniamino Capicotto. Visitation is Tuesday, November 22nd, from 4pm to 8pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, November 23rd, 10am at Assumption Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
