Susan B. Bell of Peekskill, NY passed away on October 31, 2016, she was 63 years old. Susan was a Vocational Counselor for the New York State Department of Education in White Plains, NY. Susan was one of nine children born on September 23, 1953 in Peekskill to Sheldon and Marie Schiavo Bell. Susan was a student of Psychology and received her Master’s Degree and was a graduate of Antioch University in San Francisco, CA. She is survived by her partner, William Brown, Jr. of Peekskill. Her eight siblings; Michael (Rosemary) Bell of Davis, CA, James (Arlene) Bell of Verplanck, Laureen Sharp of Watervliet, NY, Ann Marie (Leonard) Morin of Slingerlands, NY, Peter Bell of Croton-on-Hudson, John (Elaine) Bell of Buchanan, Joan (Thayer) Draper of Buchanan and Thomas (Kimberly) Bell of Poughkeepsie. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 2nd, from 5pm to 9pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, November 3rd, 10am at the Assumption Church. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Regional Center for Comfort Care & Healing, 30 Milestone Rd., Danbury, CT 06810.
