Paul Facciolo of Verplanck passed away on October 11, 2016, he was 76 years old. Mr. Facciolo was a Heavy Equipment Operator in New York City and a member of Local 15 Operating Engineers. He was born on April 1, 1940 in Italy to Nicola and Raffaella Frasca Facciolo. On April 18, 1964 Paul married Carmela Carbone at St. Patrick’s Church in Verplanck.

He is survived by his wife Carmela Facciolo of Verplanck and three children: Nick (Tammy) Facciolo of Hopewell Jct., Marie (Joseph) Barilla of Verplanck and Rocco (Andrea) Facciolo of Wayne, NJ. Eight grandchildren; Eva and Nicole Facciolo, Diego, Paul and Joe Barilla, Rocco, Gianna and Anthony Facciolo. Also surviving are two brothers; Tony (Rosa) Facciolo and Fred Facciolo, a sister, Palma Correnti and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by one sister, Caterina and her husband, Paul Barbuto, sister-in-law Emma Facciolo and brother-in-law, John Correnti.

Visitation is Friday, October 14th, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Saturday, October 15th, 10am at St. Christopher Church, Buchanan. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Buchanan.
