Barcliff “Eddie” Atkins of Peekskill, NY passed away on Friday September 2, 2016. He was 89 years old. Eddie worked at Walmart for upwards of 20 years where he was a greeter. He was born in Jamaica on December 29, 1926 to Celyne and Susan Atkins. He immigrated to England in 1955, then to the United Stated in 1982. He is survived by his son, Danny Atkins and his daughter in law Eve Atkins of Ossining. His grandchildren: Jill Duffus and Betty-Ann Atkins and three great grandchildren Tamaya, Jasmine and London Duffus. Predeceased by his wife, Lenore G. Atkins. Visitation is Thursday, September 8th from 4pm to 8pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Funeral Service will be held at 7pm during calling hours at the funeral home.
