Obituary of Walter Ernest Dengler

Walter E. Dengler of Cortlandt Manor passed away peacefully on Friday, April 12, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. He was 95 years of age.

He is survived by his children Susan McKeon, Richard Dengler, and Margaret Dengler; his brother William; his grandchildren Brian (Sonia) McKeon, Michael McKeon, Matthew (Danielle) McKeon, Christine McKeon, Peter (Rosa) Dengler, and Mark Dengler; his great-grandchildren Amanda McKeon, Giuliana Dengler, Peter Dengler, and Luciana Dengler; his daughter-in-law Julia Dengler; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog “Wiggles.”

Visitation will be held at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 16, 2019, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at the Church of the Holy Spirit in Cortlandt Manor, NY, at 10:00 am.
