All I can offer is this; there is a GOD and I'm not HIM. There is much in this life we were told clearly that we would not and will not understand. Simply, things as we perceive them remian mystery. Even those "things" we want to be angry with GOD that HE allowed happen? Yes, of course. We have all had times in life that we became angry with GOD, and that certainly includes me. The anger we may feel for now is born from the love we have for Brian, but even moreso now for those "left behind". GOD understands this ... he understands the anger those closest to Brian harbor for now. The passing of my mother was the most difficult AND beautiful experience I dared on faith to experience openly with her up until that night. Life changing for me, yet I still remain simply a man, a sinner, who often becomes lost. I'll end with what I know! Our GOD loves all of us more than we can even imagine; there should be another word. HIS mercy and grace is as great. When ready, simply look up, ask forgiveness, and just like that we are the prodigal son multiple times daily! Why? So we can join HIM in HIS kingdom and be reunited in our SECOND life which is eternal with those we temporarily have been separated from. GOD pursues us ... this I KNOW! I am slippery ... yet HE finds me! Pain in this life and suffering are real ... just remember it is temporary, and that if you choose to look to HIM, comfort can and will follow. I'm ready to meet HIM; yet I know he leaves me here to become truly READY. My prayers will continue that HE reminds those closest that he instilled the strength to endure. GOD BLESS

Truly sorry for the loss of Bryan. Many of us here at JFK are sadden by his passing just because of the kind of person he was. So caring, so meek, so nice and never upperty or changed. Always spoke. Bryan touched many of us and made us feel like we mattered. I will miss his hello Ms. Conley and will never forget him telling me I hope you feel better when I had to take a leave of absence. May the Lord Jesus comfort the hearts of those who grieve his departing. May his spirit live on through his family and those who's lives he touched

No one can prepare you for a loss, it comes like a swift wind. When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an Angel in heaven that watches over us. Take comfort in knowing that he is now resting in the arms of our lord. A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds. May the love of family and friends comfort all of you during these difficult days. Please accept our most sincere condolences, Bryan will never be forgotten.

Ron and I are so deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Bryan. Our hearts are breaking as parents for both Sharon and Lou. Our hearts are aching as spouses for Bryan’s wife. Our hearts feel the tremendous loss for Bryan’s daughters as only those who have lost a parent can feel. It is such a sad time for all of you and you will cling tightly to those around you to help you through this. Carry Bryan in your hearts and he will forever be with you. You will feel his presence many times in the future. Speak of him often. Keep him close.
I wrote this poem 11 years ago when a friend lost her partner in life. I have offered it to many over the years because it is written as if the deceased one is speaking to you. I pray the words will bring you some comfort. Please feel free to read it at Bryan’s Funeral.
Peace and love to all. Betsy
Try not to weep
I do not sleep
The angels just took me home.
Feel my love
Soft as a dove
Caress you from Heaven above.
We will meet again
But until then
We all will have to wait.
Until tomorrow
You will feel sorrow
I will be standing by Heaven’s Gate.
Please find peace
So that your pain will cease
Our love will never end.
I can promise you this
It is far more than a wish
My dear, we will meet again.
