Obituary of Josephine A. Guarenti

Josephine A. Guarenti of Lauderhill, FL passed away peacefully on January 6, 2020 at the age of 91.  Josephine was born in the Bronx, NY on March 25, 1928 to Anthony and Maria (Nardone) Guarenti. She worked for New York Telephone for over 30 years as a telephone operator and clerical assistant retiring in 1993. She enjoyed traveling with her cousins to Italy, Africa, on cruises and Las Vegas.

Josephine leaves behind dear friends and cousins in New York and Florida.

Predeceased by her parents, her brother Vincent Guarenti and two sisters, Margaret Guarenti and Angelina (Ann) Nardone. Also predeceased by her brother-in-law, Joseph F. Nardone and nephew Michael Nardone.

Visitation will be Friday, January 10, 2020 from 9:00am to 10:30am at the Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Church of the Holy Spirit, Cortlandt Manor at 11:00am.

Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, Cortlandt Manor, NY.
