Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Hegarty

Elizabeth (Nancy) Hegarty, 87, died peacefully on February 27, 2020.
Nancy was born on April 12, 1932 in Philadelphia, PA to Leonard and Gertrude Bonner. Nancy loved her family, her friends and her nursing career. She received her RN Degree in 1980 and loved her days as a Pediatric Orthopedic nurse at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.
She is survived by her four children, Denise McCauley (Brian), James Sarris (Catalina), George Sarris (Danielle) and Tracy Sarris as well as her five grandchildren, Kelly, Madelyn, Nicolas, Timothy and Cristian.
A memorial service will be held in Philadelphia at a later date.
May she rest in peace.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to the American Cancer Society
