Obituary of Barbara Topper

Barbara Lola Topper, 88, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at Skyview Rehabilitation Center in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Barbara had previously been a long-term resident of Yonkers, NY.

Born, August 3, 1932 in the Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Sylvia Topper. She was loved by all who knew her with her clever sense of humor and her love for life. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Barbara was a well accomplished and devoted salesperson that excelled in her profession. She started her career in sales in the garment district and then worked at Union Pen, Greenwich, CT until she retired.

She leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Ward of Slidell, LA; and her sons and daughter-in laws, Clifford and Leslie of Newburgh, NY, Douglas and Tina of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, and Tracey and Linda of Rhinebeck, NY.  She leaves behind her grandchildren and spouses, Ashley & David, Austin & Perry, Shanna & Ryan, Branton, Brianna, Alexa, Kaela, and Sarena, as well as her great-grandchildren, Brielynn, Baylor and Logan.

A graveside funeral service will be held at Mt. Moriah Cemetery Jewish in Fairview, NJ on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 12 noon for immediate family and close friends.
