Thomas Neil Savage of Cortlandt Manor, NY passed away on March 5, 2016. He was 62 years old. Thomas was a Service Manager for AT&T. He was born in the Bronx on August 10, 1953 to Thomas F. and Patricia E. Sterling Savage. Thomas married Josephine “Jay” Leahy at Our Lady of Refuge Church in the Bronx in 1974. Thomas is survived by his wife, Josephine “Jay” Savage of Cortlandt Manor, NY and his two daughters and their spouses; Tara and Daniel Carlucci, Lisa and Michael Negvesky; and by his three beloved grandchildren; Brayden, Mackenzie and Daniel. He is also survived by his mother, Patricia, and his siblings, John, Dennis, Maureen Ciaci and Patty Desiderio. Funeral arrangements are private.
