Obituary of Cain Smalls

It is with profound sadness that the family of Cain Smalls announces his sudden passing. Cain entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 17, 2022. He was 29 years of age. 

On November 1st, 1992, All Saints Day, – the day our lives changed for the better– Cain A. Smalls was born. Cain was a man who could be described in many ways. He was smart, loving, funny, entertaining, helpful, and much more. He was a son, brother, father, and most of all – a friend to us all. Cain was someone that, no matter the circumstances, you could feel safe around. He was loyal to those he loved. 

He was gifted to a young and single mother. Despite the many struggles they endured, they had each other. Cain’s big heart and kind soul made life easier for those around him. Everyone who knew Cain could agree that he was a man of many talents. He went from being a young boy who enjoyed sports and playing with friends, to a young man who enjoyed making music, learning more about mental and physical health, and being the best father possible. 

There are no words to describe the pain and emptiness we all feel with Cain being gone. We will continue to live and make him proud. We will miss you and love you forever, Cain. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY 10566.
