Patricia Ann Walsh (nee LaDue) was called home on October 5, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.

Patricia was born on June 29, 1933, in Peekskill, New York to George and Margaret (Harbolic) LaDue,

owners of LaDue’s Dairy. She was a graduate of Hendrick Hudson High School and a retired telephone

operator for New York Telephone.

Patricia married the love of her life, Martin Walsh, and they raised four children, Margaret (Goher),

Marty (Jean), Kevin, and Robert (Sandy). They were blessed with three grandchildren, Lance, Joshua, and Jillian, and several nieces and nephews.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband and her sisters Gloria, Dorothy, Joan, and a brother, George.

As a young woman, she was involved in many social organizations and traveled through Europe on the

trip of a lifetime. She was a competitive bowler and won countless trophies. She loved long walks,

swimming, and tending to her backyard vegetable garden.

A devout Roman Catholic, she was involved in church and charitable causes.

Patricia was a kind, gentle woman who devoted her life to the comfort

and well-being of her family. In later years she loved going for long drives and spending time with her

grandchildren.

She was guided by the golden rule and touched the lives of everyone with whom she

came into contact. Mom lived a wonderful life. Heaven’s gain is the world’s loss.

Rest in Peace Mom,

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 10:00 am at Church of the Assumption, 920 1st Street, Peekskill, NY.

Interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 1055 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY.
