Obituary of Virginia A. Traviglia

Virginia Ann (Kleinmann) Traviglia of Beacon N.Y. passed away peacefully on January 11, 2023, at the age of 73.

She was born on October 3, 1949, in the Bronx to Robert Kleinmann and Margaret (Macord) Kleinmann. 

She was educated in the Bronx and graduated from St. Helens Catholic High School. Ginny worked for the Beacon School District and Geis Buick in Mohegan Lake.

After retirement, she worked for many years as a healthcare provider.

Ginny enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her mother Margaret Kleinmann of Danbury CT, her two loving children; Thomas (Robin Flynn) Traviglia of Beacon, NY, and James Traviglia of Rome NY, Vincent Traviglia (father of Thomas and James); cherished grandmother of Gabriella Traviglia, Destin Traviglia, Anthony Traviglia, and Arianna Traviglia; also survived by her sister; Barbara Malzo of Yorktown Heights, NY, Patricia (Larry) Pignatello of Danbury CT., and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY.

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 10:00 am at Church of the Assumption, 920 1st Street, Peekskill, NY.

Inurnment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 1055 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY.
