Annabelle M. Hoardon passed away unexpectedly on July 3, 2023, at Yorktown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Yorktown Heights, NY at the age of 76.

Annabelle was born to William and Anna (Syteck) Hoardon on May 16, 1947, in Yonkers, NY.  She attended Christ the King Elementary School and graduated from Maria Regina High School in Hartsdale, NY in 1965.  She later settled down in Peekskill, NY in the 1980's.  

She began working as a supervisor for the Technicon Corporation in Yonkers, NY and then later became an administrative assistant for the Westchester County District Attorney's Office in White Plains, NY until her retirement.

Annabelle loved cats and in addition to her three adopted kittens, she volunteered to help other cats at Little Orphan Animals in Peekskill, NY.

She loved and was loved so very much by her friends and family and will be deeply missed.

Annabelle is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara (Gary) Smith, of Yorktown Heights, NY.  She will be lovingly remembered by her nephews David and Michael Smith of Montrose, NY, and three great-nephews Jacob, Collin, and Arran.

Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 10:00 am at Church of the Assumption, 920 1st Street, Peekskill, NY.

Inurnment to follow at Hillside Cemetery, 1033 Oregon Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY.
