On Sept 2, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY Frances  was 1 of  4 children born to Rocco and Aurora Salicco of  Buchanan NY.  She attended and graduated from Hendrick Hudson  High School. 

After graduating she began her career working at Fleishmanns Co. as a Lab Technician in Buchanan NY from 1944 to 1947. Later in life, she returned to Hendrick Hudson to work as a school monitor for many years.

After going on a blind date she met the man of her dreams and On September  4, 1949, she married Anthony Stellato from Croton, NY. And she then they had their first (and last) home built (by Anthony) in Buchanan NY.     

She loved traveling, movies, Broadway shows, shopping, and spending time with family especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her weekly social gathering with the Buchanan Seniors where she met many of her lifelong friends. 

She is survived by her; three children; JoAnn Kramer of Montrose NY, Anthony Stellato of White Plains, Cindy Stellato of Peekskill NY, (Mark Gagliardi) 

Three granddaughters, Stephanie Kramer Davis, (Phil Davis) Gina Thomas, (Alex Thomas) and Adrianna Stellato. One Grandson Brandon Stellato, (Lauren Stellato)  

Two great-granddaughters Madison Davis, Ava Thomas, and one Great grandson Elijah Thomas. 

Flowers and or donations in her memory can be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

Visitation will be held at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Mass of Christan Burial will be held at St. Christopher's Church on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at 10:00 am.

Entombment to follow at Hillside Cemetery.
