It's with great sorrow we announce that Jennie Travis age 72, passed away on Wednesday May 29th 2024

Jennie was born on May 11th, 1952 in Peekskill New York where she lived most of her life. She was the daughter of James and Anita Mascalino.

Jennie who graduated from Ladycliff Academy went on to get a degree in interior design and worked in sales for many years while also dabbling in being a realtor until the time she retired and dedicated her time to being a grandmother Jennie was a true matriarch to her family who opened her doors to everyone and never turned someone in trouble away she will be missed by many and was loved by all.

She was a sister to James and Marie both of who predeceased her. Her sister Marie gave her two wonderful nephews Matt and Jason who she loved deeply Jennie was also a loving dedicated mother to and is survived by her two sons Ryan (Shirley) and Greg (Lisa) and a loving Nona to her 4 grandsons Ryan Jr, Greg Jr, James and Jackson who already miss her enormously

Memorial visitation will be held at Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, NY on Sunday, June 2, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm
