Our deepest condolences to the family of Philip Miller. Phil was a musician and a music lover. He was an important part of Cross-Cultural Connection and the Pro-Am Ensemble. Phil would bring his trumpet to our Saturday workshops every week. He was always ready to play, and he was working hard to improve himself. Phil, thank you for your love and friendship. We miss you. To Daria, Hazel and Nancy and families, Phil was a great guy. We had great times at the University of Toledo. We had a friendship for over sixty years, although didn't see each other alot but had many phone calls. Peace and Love, Remember "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened". To the Miller family my sincere condolences. Mr. Miller worked with my father, Edmund Walsh, for many years when they both worked in the HVAC business. Mr. Miller was a good friend to my father, and I know he appreciated that friendship over the years. Thank you Phil Miller for the privilege to work for you at Miller Mechanical. I was a twenty year old and you saw something in me and for that I am forever grateful. I'm 65 today and retired and a proud sheetmetal worker. We had some crew Eddie Lenny Mike Fitz me the kid traveling out of town for jobs. I loved driving in your always new Buick Riviera. Phil and I performed together at The Mahopac Inn Monday Night Jam many times. He was always such a warm, happy spirited man. We became good friends over the past 5 years. Our musician family will miss him dearly. My 60th birthday will be held at The Mahopac Inn on August 30, 2024 and we will dedicate a song for the long and lustrous life of Phillip Miller. RIP my friend and wise advice giver.
