Always remember Mr. Mangan as a good man, dedicated to his family. He had a way of whistling that could be heard to all ends of Mohegan Lake, you could be sure Tom And Jim would go running when they heard it. I have many fond memories of Uncle Mike. With a mild and calm nature, he was a sincere and genuine man, the epitome of integrity. It was always a pleasure to be in his company. Although it's been a while since we had met in person, I always enjoyed chatting with him on the phone and keeping up to date with emails and in more recent times on the WhatsApp platform. I admired how eager and determined he was to embrace technology! We loved you Uncle Mike and I will miss you. Rest easy now. Loving memories of Mike who was my eldest brother. Mike and Ellen always made us very welcome when we visited them in New York. It was a great comfort to us that we got to visit him last year and had a lovely time catching up and reminiscing. Warm and lovely memories of Mike have filled my mind these last few days. I especially recall when I was 17 years old and arrived in New York. Mike, my eldest sibling took me under his wing, sharing an apartment with him. His guidance and advice steered me onto the right track. We had some great times back then with Ellen, my sister Mary and our other family members who have all since passed on. Mike has always been there for me down through the years. I will miss the lengthy phone calls reminiscing on those days gone by. I am heartbroken that I can't be there. May you rest in peace Mike with Mom, Dad, Marty and Tommy. Sincere condolences to Ellen, Tommy, Jimmy and Michael and to your families. All our love Tina and John
