Ferminia Ferrante, age 90, of The Villages, FL passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 in Lady Lake, FL. She was the wife of the late Pasquale Ferrante. Born in Trani, Bari, Italy she was a daughter of the late Domenico and Annantonia Ornato. She was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church, The Villages. She was a loving wife, mother and proud of her children’s accomplishments.
She will be deeply missed by her daughters: Annette wife of Frank Pesce and Anna wife of Howard Lehrberger and sons: Anthony Ferrante and his wife Marguerite; Dominic Ferrante and his wife Eleanor and Frank Ferrante. She is the grandmother of 12 and has 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pasquale, son: Antonio and granddaughter Jennifer Ferrante.
Visitation is Tuesday, September 22nd, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, September 23rd, 10am at the Assumption Church, Peekskill. Entombment will follow at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Putnam Valley, NY.
