Cesar Ortega, age 67 of Peekskill passed away on September 9, 2015. Visitation, Thursday, September 10th at the funeral home from 5pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass, Friday, September 11th at 10am, Assumption Church. Cremation service will be private.
