Guy DePalma of Peekskill, NY passed away on November 21, 2014. He was 91 years old. Prior to retiring Mr. DePalma was an Inspector for General Motors in No. Tarrytown. He was born on April 24, 1923 in Croton-on-Hudson to Augustine and Agnesa Ventrone DePalma. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII. On September 14, 1947 he married Meda Reichard at the Assumption Church in Peekskill. Guy was a proud member of the United Auto Workers. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Meda DePalma of Peekskill and two children; Donald (Karen McGayhey) DePalma of Chelmsford, MA and Diana (Wayne) Turner of Peekskill. Also surviving are six grandchildren and a brother, Anthony Gagliotti. Predeceased by his son, Augie DePalma, his brother, Thomas DePalma and his sister, Mary Coscia. Visitation is, Sunday, November 23rd, 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, November 24th, 10am at the Assumption Church. Entombment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
