Thomas James Brogan Obituary
Thomas James Brogan of Peekskill, NY, formerly of Lake Carmel, passed away on October 22, 2014. He was 84 years old. Mr. Brogan worked for Con Edison in Westchester; retiring as a General Foreman in the Gas Department. He was born on September 21, 1930 in New York City to Martin and Bridget Loftus Brogan. Thomas served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. On June 11, 1955 he married Mary Callahan in New York City.
He is survived by his wife Mary Brogan of Peekskill and six children; Thomas (Jamie) Brogan of Beekman, James Brogan of Peekskill, Edward (Harriet) Brogan of Pawling, Mary (Michael) McCormick of Ridgefield, CT, Ann (Raymond) Morrison of Venice, FL and Martin (Debbi) Brogan of Yorktown. Also surviving are seventeen grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a sister, Mary Marchisello.
Visitation is Friday, 2 to 4pm & 7 to 9pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, 10am at the Assumption Church, Peekskill. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
