Obituary of Thomas R. Bertoline

Thomas R. Bertoline, age 58, of Cortlandt Manor, NY passed away at home on August 19, 2013. Thomas was Vice President of Sales for over forty years at D. Bertoline & Sons, a family owned business. He was born on December 9, 1954 in Peekskill to Benjamin and Helen Scoba Bertoline. He attended local area schools and also attended Pace University. On February 4, 1989 Thomas married Kathleen J. Dowd. He was an avid runner and ran in many marathons. He taught CCD at St. Christopher's Church and was a referee in the Town of Cortlandt Boys and Girls Youth Programs for many years. Thomas is survived by his wife, Kathleen J. Bertoline of Cortlandt Manor and their five children; Nicole Bertoline Weeks and her husband Christian of Providence, RI, Donald Brophy of Peekskill, Jason Bertoline of Peekskill, Lindsy Brophy of Los Angeles, CA and Michael Bertoline of Cortlandt Manor. Also surviving are two grandchildren; Cooper and Ethan Thomas Weeks, two brothers; John (Frances) Bertoline of Cortlandt Manor and James (Toni) Bertoline of Montrose, NY and several nieces and nephews along with many cousins,friends and extended family. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, at 10AM at the Assumption Church. Cremation Services Private. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Thomas R.
