My condolences for the passing of Sid. I was one of his past tenants on Germaine Lane. I have been thinking of him often and tried to make contact in the past several weeks. He was very good to me - as a landlord and a friend - and is greatly missed. He spoke of his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very fondly.
