Loved and respected, Bill will be sorely missed. The world as we know it will never be the same again. My heartfelt sympathy and condolences to his wife, my good friend Joyce, and their children Alicia and Nick, who have suffered an inconsolable loss. They loved him deeply and cared for him remarkably well. In my culture, we say: may you know no more sorrow.
