Obituary of Anthony Tanner

Anthony Tanner entered into eternal rest on February 3, 2018 after an 18 month battle with cancer, he was 64 years old. Tony is survived by his loving wife Kathleen (Eustace) and his daughter Jennifer. Two brothers James and Joseph Tanner, one sister Ann Marie Carroll. In his younger days, Tony loved to Skydive, Scuba Dive and he loved scratch offs. He also attained his pilots license to fly a small plane which brought him immense joy. Tony was married to Kathy in July of 1988 and would have made 30 years together this upcoming July. He was a finance manager in the automotive industry for 30 years and knew his stuff. His neighbors and friends would still call for his advice when purchasing a vehicle, and he was always willing to help. Family will be receiving friends on Friday, February 9th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, in Peekskill. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American cancer society in Tony’s name.
