Yonkers - Antoinette "Gloria" Varricchio, age 88, died on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at Calvary Hospice. She was born in Yonkers on May 15, 1929. Gloria is survived by Louis Joseph Varricchio her husband of 71 years,her youngest son, Louis Joseph Varricchio and his daughter, Sofia Grace; Gloria's daughter Jill Marie Varricchio-Klein with her husband Jeffrey Klein, son, Matthew of Prague, daughter Nina with husband Tonche Turner; and Gloria's oldest son Jerry Varricchio with his wife Joan Varricchio of Cold Spring, NY, daughter Lisa Marie with husband Troy; son Jed with wife Stephanie, son Garrett with wife Audrey, son Brett, and daughter Megan with husband Paul. Gloria is also loved and survived by a combined 14 great grandchildren. Gloria will be remembered as a bright, radiant beacon for her family, her friends and the numerous charities she supported. There will be a viewing on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 3pm to 7pm at the Joseph Nardone Funeral Home at 414 Washington Street, Peekskill, New York. A mass celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, 10am, at The Church of the Assumption, 920 First Street in Peekskill, New York. Private cremation will follow.
