The world is infinitely less brighter without my grandfather, Edward Porcelli. Thank you for blessing us with your beautiful soul. Never will our family know someone as humble, resilient, generous, patient, gentle, and kind as you. You have touched the hearts of so many and changed the lives of your children and grandchildren for the better. Of all the things I will do or be in this life, I am most proud of being your granddaughter.

Unfortunately, edward and Jessica stole their grandmothers savings left in edwards care to take care of his grandmother. He has not contacted his grandmother since he left with her money in September of 2019. Anyone with information on him please feel free to contact the family, it would be greatly appreciated

Condolences to the Porcelli Family in their loss of Ed. Words are never adequate in moments like these. Our hearts go out to you, and we will always have the joyous memories that we are privileged to have in knowing and loving Ed. May peace come from memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead. " Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted". - Mathew 5:4 His Transit Police District 12 assignment was in mean streets of the East Bronx where drugs, violence and crime festered. He excelled in Police work thanks to his strong will as a member of the Third Ave EL 8P squad to the elite Vandal Unit. These assignments garnered him many Department Commendations including the prestigious Combat Medal. The effects of his passing will be felt by those of us who had the honor and pleasure of working with him. Rest in peace Sgt. Ed. Thank you for your honorable Transit Police service. In SORROW we mourn those we lost. In GRATITUDE, we embrace those around us. In SYMPATHY, we reach out to those who grieve.
