Zoila Florencia Zhingre Arpi, age 69 of Peekskill passed away on May 27, 2017. Visitation, Friday, June 23rd from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Mass, Saturday, June 24th, 10am at the Assumption Church in Peekskill. Intermnet will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
