Anthony “Tony” Cannizzaro of Patterson, NY, formerly of Peekskill passed away on February 22, 2017. He Was 86. Born on July 6, 1930 to Orazio and Angelina Cannizzaro. His career included 20 years on the Peekskill Police Force, 20 years at Haggerty Millworks, and 15 years for “the love of golf” at Heritage Hills Golf Club. Survived by his loving wife Catherine Monea whom he married in 1993, a stepson Robert McKinkley, and daughter-in-law Katie. And so many nieces, nephews and dear friends. His son John predeceased him in 2013, as well as siblings Anna, Millie, Ralph, Dominic and John. His wonderful smile will be a long lasting memory for all. Visiting hours are Friday, March 3rd, from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home, Peekskill, NY. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, March 4th, 10:00am at Assumption Church, Peekskill, NY.
