I’ve had the distinct pleasure of getting to know Don over the past 10 years through his wonderful wife, Millie. Our families have shared many great moments filled with smiles and laughter, with the adopted cats at the centerpiece of our dynamic. Don is a source of genuine energy. I was truly inspired by his commitment to the things that were his passions - art, photography, the stone chambers, history, wine making, and Indiana Jones to name a few. If it was hiking with him or sitting down to watch a movie or visiting his photo gallery, I always cherished his warmth, humor, and his amazing ability to tell stories infused with history and research. Tipping a glass of chamber red (with a little cat hair in it) to his amazing energy. He is a truly one of a kind spirit who will always stay with us in our memories and with his energy.
