“Aunt Peg” and I met during the Keon family vacation in LBI and would continue to see each other on the beach each summer. I also remember her as the director of the Christmas Pageant at the Keon family Christmas Party. She was able to costume those kids, prompt them and pull the show off without a hitch each year. My son was always a shepherd/ sheep and how excited he was when Aunt Peg made him Joseph. May she fly with the angels.
To the entire Krachy/Keon family: So sad to hear of Peggy’s passing. We wish you much love and comfort at this difficult time. Our daughter Mary Colleen was a student of Peggy’s at Sacred Heart in Highland Falls. Mary loved being in her 3rd grade class! As a West Point child who needed connections, Peggy was the perfect teacher for Mary, as she knew Mary’s whole extended family. Thank you Peggy for all you did for Mary and our family. May you rest in peace and May perpetual light shine upon you!
